A SeaSpray Family Favorite With SPECTACULAR VIEWS!

The perfect view is from #303 SeaSpray! The sunrises and sunsets are amazing! We often see dolphins! Walk the beach for a different experience every day. This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps 6. The condo has new balcony furniture, a new dining room set, and new living room furniture plus stylish decor. New digital access allows for keyless entry. The kitchen is well-stocked for all your cooking and dining pleasures. It also comes equipped with a Keurig, as well as a drip coffee maker for all you coffee lovers. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a tub/shower in the adjacent bathroom. The new queen sofa sleeper has a comfortable gel mattress.
Walk across the street to the Riverside building to watch boats from the dock or launch your own from the private ramp. Boat slips are available on a first come first served basis for boats registered through the office. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and tubing/skiing. An occasional manatee or dolphin might even be seen. Use the gym, tennis court, pickle ball courts, 2 gas grills, or any of the 3 pools (one is zero-entry) and the hot tub that are on the property. There is a souvenir shop with groceries across the street which has a traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway. Restaurants and shopping are not far in both Florida and Alabama. One parking pass is included in your reservation and an additional pass is $50 per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $300/week or $50/day.
