This incredibly spacious 3 Bedroom, 3 bath end unit condo is located in the Riverside property of SeaSpray. It boasts an ahhh~mazing wrap-around balcony that gives panoramic views of Perdido Key's gorgeous surroundings! The unit overlooks the marina and pool... How can you not relax with views like this? The master bedroom is furnished with plush King bed and has an en suite bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd Guest Bedroom has a lovely Queen bed and the 3rd has Twin beds, so there is plenty of room to make sweet memories with family and friends. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your balcony, while sipping your favorite drink, made in a kitchen that makes you feel right at home. For all you coffee lovers this unit is equipped with a drip coffee maker. If you're up to a game with family and friends, there are tennis and pickleball courts on the property!
There are 3 refreshing pools, a hot tub, a well equipped beach, fitness center, a kayak rack to store your kayak, a gas grilling area for your fresh catch, and boat ramp! Come and make memories that you can cherish forever at this condo with your family and friends!

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
