We paid for an extra clean front room. We were placed on the second floor over maybe an indoor pool. The roof was nasty and Ellie and when sitting, our ocean view was sub par and very small. Our room alarm had a flashing light from our he AC window unit that kept us awake.

Great stay. Only down fall we were right next to 6 ac units and over the inside pool. Horrible view. Couldn’t even hear the ocean and unfortunately they were fully booked that night but gave all 3 of us a voucher for the breakfast buffet the next day so that was nice. Next time I’ll specifically ask for another room right when I get there. Avoid room 302!!!

Nice hotel

We arrived on Sunday to the hotel. We had a hiccup as soon as we arrived as our card was charged twice as we checked in. Almost $900 twice. As of now after checking out on Wednesday the charges are still pending. The agent did comp our drink cups and early check in fee. The thermostat on our wall was also torn off and couldn't be replaced. We had to try to operate it from the actual unit which didn't work well. The staff was nice, the food was good. They had great activities for the kids. The pool area was nice and clean as was the lobby. All in all it was a good experience minus the credit card snafu and thermostat.

The breakfast buffet was a wonderful addition to our stay. It was nice knowing that you had a delicious meal waiting for you once you woke up and were ready to take on the day.
