Floors were dirty, especially the elevators. The pool lady was rude to my kids complaining that they were leaving water on the floors. The room had a terrible noise coming from the air conditioner.

nice location but hotel is in poor conditions

hotel room was not clean, rust on all lamps, even next to the bed. The AC panel's screws were loose and the AC itself was noisy and on top of that I am pretty sure the bed had bed bugs. We are not staying there anymore.

front desk was great. however, we had check 3 different rooms. all had overly loud AC units. last room, floor was damp, sheets were damp. bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. overall, facility was just dingy
