Welcome to Pescador Landing B2, a beautiful one bedroom, two bathroom waterfront condo that comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Located directly on Old River next to the Flora-Bama, this inviting retreat offers stunning water views and includes an assigned deep water boat slip with a brand new 10,000 lb boat lift.
The open living area is filled with natural light from the double doors that lead out to a covered balcony overlooking the water. The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa, a TV, and direct balcony access, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy the view. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, along with a dining area for gathering.
The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower. A second full bathroom adds convenience for guests and includes a single vanity and a walk in shower.
A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space, and a washer and dryer in the unit add extra comfort during your stay.
With waterfront views, boating access, and a prime location, Pescador Landing B2 is the perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable coastal getaway.
