Character cottage, with stones, exposed beams, wooden frame, fitted out in the old attic of a working farmhouse, adjoining the owners' house (located in the hamlet of Château Roussillon). 1st floor: living room with kitchen area opening onto a large partly covered patio terrace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, separate toilet. Large shared garden with trees with pétanque court and table tennis, possible access, accompanied by the owner, to the agricultural property. Two other cottages on the site. Largely open onto its terrace-patio, this cottage is bright and very functional
