Normally, we are very pleased with our stay. However, after returning from an event and not finding adequate parking was not good. There were several spaces we could have parked IF the other residents had parked correctly and not taken two parking spaces. Parking in the very back for a room in the very front of the property was not a good feeling.

The beds were more like Full size beds, but they were clean, comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The rest of the room was clean, as well as the bathroom. The hot water was plentiful and the a/c was cold. The coffee was hot and strong, not watered down and breakfast was excellent! Our first time stay at this Best Western for an overnight stop after a long day of driving was perfect! Thank you!!!

The breakfast hostess is superb. She has a bright personality welcoming, warm, friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping crew were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, roomy, comfortable and quiet. I had the worst check-in process since visiting this property in the past years. The receptionist was not understanding and displayed a very rigid personality and stance. We were finally able to agree on an acceptable solution. I had previously, on multiple occasions, spoken with someone who each time confirmed my dates. Someone, however, after my last conversation with the front desk made a drastic change in my check-in date which caused a cascade of problems and tension. After the situation was corrected satisfactorily, communications with front desk staff improved and from that point forward interactions were positive. Other receptionists on evening shifts were welcoming and friendly.

Bathroom was clean. Old outdated carpeting in rooms, so hard to assess the cleanliness in room. No elevators, so need to be able to go up a flight of stairs. Pet friendly. Met my needs.

The hotel is old. You can tell they are trying but it is old. Because ofthat no matter how clean it may be it feels dirty. The sheets are very poor quality. The bed is lumpy. The pillows are surprisingly great. The pool area looks well maintained and is off our room which is nice.
