Where the sunrises and sunsets leave you in awe, and falling asleep to the sound of the water lapping the shoreline helps your mind & body to relax,

As you Step down from the deck onto the sandy pebbly beach you will only have a few steps to the waters edge and where you can soak in some sunshine or go swimming.

Two Kayaks & a paddle board are there to enjoy as well as a firepit & chairs on the beach to enjoy a cozy romantic bonfire at sunset/ or the hot tub might call your name? That also is situated with the water view and sunsets in mind!

This cottage is Newly renovated and is a quaint size however it does have full size kitchen appliances and also a gas bbq grill outside/ it has a few games to play on the island with the cozy fire beside you and a couples question game that initiates amazing conversation,

It has so much charm and is the perfect spot for couples to connect and fall deeper in love❤️

Also take note, in the winter you can ENJOY making a latte with our breville touch screen espresso machine & cozy up beside the warm crackling fire with a latte & the view of the water!

Also some amazing dining spots close by! The wellwood restaurant is less than a mile away and a great seafood/steak date night spot! And if you want a sweet small town experience go stroll the Main Street of the town of northeast! You will find Woody’s crab house (famous for seafood) a lil shopping & the Chesapeake city coffee shop that serves Fresh donuts and breakfast sandwiches as well! Also An ice cream spot, a fancy steak house and a taco spot!
So charming and fun! Lights are strung through out the town and it’s so cute!

It is a sweet neighborhood but an up and coming neighborhood so expect to see a few houses that need some work as you pull in the street)

Very quiet streets and you can walk to the market street cafe or general store in about half a mile!

Parking is in front of the fence as you pull in!

Please note, there are close neighbors but we do have some privacy curtains on the deck if needed!

And please try to keep the sand from getting tracked into the house and hot tub. Thanks in advance!
no pets or smoking allowed on the property. If a pet or smoking is reported guests will be evicted immediately!! We do have pets ourselves and would love to allow it but with all the sand it is just not a option since pets drag it into the house

also no more then 3 registered guests at the property unless permission from the hosts.
that includes anytime daytime visitors.
we do have very close neighbors and want to respect them!!
