The room was spacious and clean with useful facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was right in the CBD with a short stroll to the shopping malls. Plenty of food and coffee shops available. Bus stop right out the front. Ticked all the boxes.

The room was not properly serviced. There was a sharp piece of plastic in my bed. The two glasses in the bathroom cabinet had nit been cleaned and I discovered, on finding my food spoilt and my water in my waterbottle warm, that the fridge did not work. Very disappointing especially as it was a recuperating stop during travelling. I raised my complaints with reception. The receptionist only apologised and got me some cold water. Her supervisor did not even look me in the eye.I Explained that I do not normally leave bad reviews, if I don't like somewhere I just don't review. However on this occasion a poor review is warranted and I told the hotel I would be leaving one. They were not bothered.

Good location, handy onsite parking won’t return

Location is great close to bars and restaurants and His Majesty’s Theatre. We were sent pre check in instructions which I completed then was asked to do it all again at check in. Waited and then they found it. On site parking was a bonus but not sure if a larger car would fit! Sofa was damaged which we reported as we didn’t want our guide dog getting blamed for the damage This is the second time I’ve stayed the first time the room smelled damp, this time the room had been sprayed with air freshener so much we sneezed all night!

Have stayed previously. Staff are helpful and informative. Rooms immaculate with such comfortable bed. Laundry available. Pity no bar or restaraunt this time however amazing resturants nearby.
