A mixed-use suburb just three kilometres east of Perth City. The Albany Highway commercial and entertainment strip is a drawcard of Victoria Park with an array of restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes and more on offer.

Getting Around:
Accessible via rideshare apps, there is also a bus stop conveniently located at the front of the home.

Other Things to Note:
A gardener may stop by during your stay to tidy up the front yard, but he won’t disturb you at all.
