Very nice room. Guest laundry available. A toaster and microwave would have been handy with a three night stay but over all very comfortable stay.

The manager in charge I think her name was Cassy
she was very helpful with my bookings .
And went out of her way to help with other bookings for me.

Lovely place to stay. Although would be nice to have pool towels available, we went for a swim just after 5pm (office closes at 5pm) and had to use our bath towels .

Thanks for the kind words, Bethany. As a hotel, rather than a resort, we do not offer a pool towel service. However, as per the compendium in the rooms, guests are free to request fresh towels during their stay. It’s unfortunate that you only realised you needed fresh towels after our reception had closed.

The property is currently under renovations which I didn’t know so I was a little concerned when I first arrived. However all concerns were put aside when I got in the room as it was fantastic. Generous in size, beautiful big comfortable king bed and very clean. It was perfect for my overnight stay.
