Your computer system was down. The woman checking us in stayed calm and kept apologizing to the line of guests checking in. She was doing everything in her power to help us. She always kept a smile on her face despite the obvious frustrations. She was receiving no support internal or external. It took a while for us to get to our room. Shame on Hilton for not giving the proper support to your employees. Our room is clean and comfortable.

This was our second time stopping here halfway to our destination and traveling with our dog. Considering this is a dog friendly hotel, The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. We will be staying again next month.
