La villa contemporaine est idĂ©alement situĂ©e au calme et en mĂȘme temps proche du centre de PĂ©zenas. Elle offre une vue imprenable sur la campagne et se trouve dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel trĂšs paisible. Par sa position privilĂ©giĂ©e la villa vous protĂšge de tous regards indiscrets.
Vous ĂȘtes Ă  3 minutes en voiture ou 17 minutes Ă  pieds du centre de PĂ©zenas et Ă  5 minutes en voiture de la sortie d'autoroute A9 et 5 minutes de la sortie A75.
La villa est parfaitement équipée pour une famille qui sait apprécier le luxe, le confort et le calme.
La suite parental ouvre la vue sur la plaine et la piscine .
Les 3 chambres au rez-de-chaussée sont toutes équipées d'une salle d'eau personnalisé. Une 4iÚme chambre se trouve au 1°étage. La villa est équipée de 3 toilettes.
Le linge pour les lits est fourni sur place ainsi que les draps de bain.
La cuisine intérieur comporte un ßlot central, plaque à induction, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaiselle, frigo américain, machine à laver, sÚche-linge etc... La piÚce principale est lumineuse et orienté vers la vue exceptionnel. La maison est équipée d' internet, wifi et une smart télévision écran plat avec abonnement Netflix.
La cuisine d'été extérieur vous offre un coin détente à l'ombre avec vue sur le jardin.
Un autre coin repas est prévu avec une ou vue sur la plaine et le coucher du soleil.
Pézenas est idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de la région du Sud.

We recently spent two wonderful weeks at Katilyn and Stephane’s beautiful house in PĂ©zenas, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home is spacious, peaceful, and tastefully decorated—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home.The pool was a highlight for us—we used it nearly every day and it was a fantastic way to unwind. The property is extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Things like, the coffee machine was a big hit, towels for the pool and some essentials you need straight away.PĂ©zenas itself is a charming town, full of delightful shops and excellent restaurants. We especially recommend **Grain de Riz**—a real gem! We also explored the surrounding area, including a scenic drive to Colombiers where we enjoyed electric boating, and a trip into the mountains for breathtaking views. The coastline is also within easy reach, making the location ideal for day trips in every direction.The house is very well maintained, and we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. Katilyn, Stephane and their daughters hospitality especially made a big difference—they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was a truly memorable holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

A great Villa with all the facilities. Pool and hot tub were warmed perfectly and the views over the vineyards are stunning. Plenty to do in Pezenas, don't miss the weekly wine festival and markets (in season), a good choice of restaurants and cafes too. Beautiful villa

A really beautiful villa in a perfect location. Amazing swimming pool. Five-minute walk to the supermarket and 20-minute walk to the town, where there are lovely restaurants and bars. The owners were so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to go again!

Had a lovely stay - views are incredible!

We had a lovely stay here, the views are incredible! Great having the pool and hottub! You can walk into pezanas and the owners were kind enough to tell us what events take place each day in town which was great! The outdoor area was perfect for our boys (7 and 10 years old) to enjoy! It was also nice to have plenty of shade outside in August too. There is no air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom but our son soon got used to the temperature up there. We would definitely return and recommend this place to friends. Xx

Fantastisch huis voorzien van alle gemakken

Perfect huis met alle comfort, de grote koelkast met ijsblokjes en koud water was de kers op de taart. Ligging is ideaal, in rustige straat aan de rand van het dorp met super mooi uitzicht (en veel privacy) maar toch nog op loopafstand van het centrum van Pezenas met een groot aanbod aan restaurants en cafés. Wij hebben enorm genoten.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

The property certainly lived up to expectations. Our hosts were there to meet us on arrival and show us around their beautiful property. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Outside the garden felt open, yet private, with wonderful views. The sizeable pool was great and we spent a lot of time cooling off in the hot weather. The house had good AC too, which was very much appreciated. Katelijne and Stephan were attentive and helped us with advice when needed, and even lent us a beach umbrella when we went to the beach. We hope to return one day.

Fabulous Pezenas villa

We absolutely loved our stay in this fabulous villa; it is a very modern and spacious villa with beautiful views of the countryside. The large pool, spa and outdoor alfresco eating areas are great, lots of good quality bed, bathroom and pool linen and well equipped kitchen. Kateligne and Stefan are wonderful hosts, and very helpful throughout booking, check-in, your holiday stay and check-out. Definitely recommend this holiday villa for your stay in or near Pezenas!

Leben wie Gott in Frankreich

Es war einer der schönsten Urlaubsaufenthalte. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Lage mit Aussicht ist einzigartig. Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem stadtnah wohnen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Gastgeber sind aufmerksam und immer erreichbar, falls ein Problem auftritt. Selten haben wir so sympathische und aufmerksame Vermieter getroffen. Die Villa ist liebevoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben alle ihr eigenes Bad. Es ist sehr sauber und die KĂŒche ist mit allem Comfort ausgestattet. Der Pool mit Liegen ist nicht einsehbar. Es bleiben keine WĂŒnsche offen. Wie gesagt, wir haben uns: Ehepaar mit einer Tochter wie Gott in Frankreich gefĂŒhlt. Unser Dank geht an die Vermieter, die sich hier ein kleines Paradies geschaffen haben und uns GĂ€ste daran teilhaben lassen. Wunderbare Menschen.

Beautiful house in fabulous location

katilyne and Stephane’s house was perfect, the layout was spacious, very well equipped, and to an excellent standard. The view was amazing from the garden, very calming however it was still a short walk into the lovely town of Pezenas with its historic centre, bars and restaurants. Nothing short of perfect for a family ranging in age from 24-80! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, we will be back.

Villa mit Privatpool mit freiem Blick der schönen Landschaft

Sehr ruhig und schön gelegene Villa mit super schönem Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Die Villa ist modern, großzĂŒgig und mit sehr viel Stiel eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden und lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche ĂŒbrig. Sollte dennoch etwas fehlen sind die Ă€ußerst netten zuvorkommenden Vermieter Katelijne & StĂ©phane Debel zu jedem Zeitpunkt mit Rat & Tat da. GekĂŒhlter Wein und Wasser waren bereits vorhanden beim eintreffen. Die unmittelbar gelegenen Weinreben laden geradezu fĂŒr einen schönen Spaziergang ein. Lebensmittel, Baumarkt, etc. sind ebenfalls schnell und in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. 5 Minuten zur schönen Altstadt und dessen Restaurants mit dem Auto oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist alles unkompliziert zu erreichen. ParkplĂ€tze sind in der Stadt ausreichend vorhanden. Hier findet man alles was man benötigt inkl. kleine und schöne Boutiquen fĂŒr jeden ist was dabei. Viele AntiquitĂ€tengeschĂ€fte und Malkunstateliers. Jeden Samstag bis 1300 Uhr findet in der Altstadt Pezenas der Wochenmarkt statt. Hier sollte man frĂŒh los. Erholung pur. Das großzĂŒgige Außenbereich runden den entspannten Urlaub ab. Hier kann man an heißen Tagen Zeit fĂŒr zum abkĂŒhlen im Pool gut verbringen. Ein Whirlpool ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Mehr als ausreichende Menge an Liegen inkl. schattigen PlĂ€tze gibt es zusĂ€tzlich. 15-20 Autominuten erreicht man auch das Meer mit vielen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Excellent house and host

The house was excellent, the pool and outside area and facilities were really good and everything was very clean and in good condition and the location was perfect, right in there of the town with open country side at the back and a short walk out if the front door to the centre of Pezenas. Kateljine and her family were excellent hosts and she and her daughter Camille were on hand when required. Pezenas has a large number restaurants and shops in east walking distance and there are a number of big supermarkets close by with e leclerc 5 mins walk for fresh croissant and bread every morning. Would definitely go back to this house again.

High end stay in high end home

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this property. The property was spotlessly clean and was fitted out to a very high standard. The hosts could not have been more helpful. We were 2 families (8 people) and we had plenty of room. The kids really loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Caters for everything

More than comfortable for our family of 4, beautiful, just great. The kitchen with everything you might imagine to need, a thumble dryer and washmashine brand new, a fridge wiht a source of ice and cold filtered water, two external bbqs and much more. Really comfortable beds for our demanding spines. The swimming pool a bit shallow but of good size and what important, heated. It was useful, especially during two days of cold wind which could cool down water quickly. Owners ready to help in everyhing. Thank you for everything, Katelijne and Stéphane, hope to stay in your villa again.

Beautiful Stay

Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. The property is in a great location, sufficiently close so that you can walk into the town but far enough out to get a lovely view and lots of peace and quiet. Walking back on a night feels very safe and is well lit. The pool is heated so its a very nice temperature. There is plenty to do in the area, beaches, quaint villages, wineries, countryside and hills to walk. We had a really nice time, thank you.
