Unit comes equipped with two queen sized beds & comfortably sleeps 4 people! Unit is fully equipped with everything needed for a short or long term stay. Just bring your toothbrush!



This unit is located on the 5th floor of a walk up building. There are five flights of stairs. The unit also has security cameras in the hallways of the building that monitor hallway activity at all times. Unit is deep cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We are always just a quick message away, ready to handle any questions or needs that you may have during your stay!

• Late Check-Out (12:00 PM) – $25 (if available)



⚠️ Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs may result in a $100 fee, so please contact us atleast 48-hours in advance!



PARKING:

Guests will need to find public paid parking nearby. We recommend downloading the BestParking app to view available options in the area and compare prices.



Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.



PETS:

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.



Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb.



QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.



OTHER HOUSE RULES:

❌ No more than 4 guests are allowed in the home at any time

❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction

❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit

❌ No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit

🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home

🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay



⚠️ Any other house rule violations (excluding parties) will result in a $500 fine per incident, collected through Airbnb.
