We stayed at this hotel around 2003. This property has gone backwards. I tried to use the digital check-in which was fiarly easy; however, when I selected thecdigital key it took over an hour to get. By that time we were at the hotel and we got the normal keys prior to getting the digital key. The front desk staff was less than enthusiastic. The carpet in the common areas was very dirty. Although, room was supposed to sleep 6 it was very tight for three. The pull out bed in the couch was stained and dirty and the top sheet was ripped down the middle. The stopper in the bathroom sink did not work. The bar area on the first floor was extremely nosiy until around 2:30 in the morning. Made for difficult sleeping since all of the rooms face this area. The rooms were sufficient for the two nights but not im pressed with the establishment. Will most likely exclude this hotel from list for future travel.

From the outside the place looks good. Entering the lobby and surroundings are amazing. However, the interior room furniture is dated and shows signs of wear. You could see signs of water penetration in the bedroom and bathroom ceilings that didn’t look good for a top of the line hotel. I was greeted by a roach in the bathroom the next day and reported it to housekeeping and the front desk. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Filthy room. Black mold in shower. Carpets throughout facility absolutely filthy. Room never cleaned - including before we got there. Staff replaced towels but never cleaned. Disgusting hotel!

Room is outdated and in need of renovation. Tub is stained and toilet seat is peeling. Walls are terribly thin and you can hear conversations in next room. HVAC leaves the room stuffy.
