This was the worst stay I’ve experienced with an extended stay, I was moved to 4 different rooms in one day. There was no help the first night. The room we booked was not available the first night , the first substitute had a broken tv, the second had a strong sent of paint that had me feeling sick immediately. We finally got the room we wanted the next day and the tv sound hardly worked. I experienced staff making racist remarks.I would definitely not recommend anyone to this extended stay.

We reserved a king bed - only to check in and find out there were none available. We were out in a dirty, dingey queen studio - no apology or acknowledgment that this isn’t what we reserved. Room smelled like smoke, blanket on bed was filthy/old. The staff made us feel that we were an inconvenience - no customer service skills whatsoever. Awful experience.

Room was fine and comfortable enoigh. Bath tub was dirty with dried soap on the soap shelf and long black hair on the bathtub walls

Daily cleaning not possible, front office staff not flexible. No bathroom/ toilet for common use in the reception area
