I liked the size of the room and overall privacy. The blackout shades especially for downtown helped as I needed rest. The staff was attentive providing my room with a iron as their wasn't one. Having streaming services already calibrated on the TV was a good touch. The location obviously being in the center of the city. The dinning crew was very helpful and polite. I only did breakfast on one of my stays. The staff and cook made sure the food was replenished and the area was clean.

The room is so dirty. The front desk ignored our request to have our room cleaned. They even refused to give me another key because I forgot my ID with me. It seems that they only did that to us in a very condescending tone. Never recommend anyone to stay here ever again!

During checkout the hotel was not holding checked bags because "the bellhop was not in" that day. It's absurd that a hotel wouldn't hold onto checked bags. We had to pay to have our bags stored elsewhere. I recommend staying at a real hotel.

The room was spotless, and they had my name as a welcome on the TV screen - a sweet touch! The beds were fine. I will say that the bedding could have been a bit nicer quality, but it was fine. The only thing that kept 5 stars from me, is that I made sure to not put the do not disturb sign on my door when we left at 6 am for the big race we came for this trip, and when we returned, the room had not been cleaned at all. We were bummed, because it is always so nice to return to vacuumed room, freshly made beds, emptied trashcans, a clean bathroom, replenished towels - part of the fun of staying in a hotel vs an airbnb.. but absolutely nothing had been done, which was really frustrating, especially as we had left so early, there was no way we were there when they needed us out to clean. Otherwise, it was great. The location was absolutely fabulous: right outside Reading Terminal Market! Right by Chinatown! Everything! We would definitely stay here again, maybe I would just call and ask if they could clean the room while I was out.
