The bathroom was absolutely filthy with literal feces running down the side of the toilet, no sheets on the pullout couch, no pillows no extra blanket, even after requesting. They do not validate parking and it’s $40 per night. The air conditioning did not work well enough to cool the room and the staff was extremely rude. We will never go back.

The hotel is located in the perfect central area for walkability to every thing. The Reading Market is next door with lots of amazing food options. The Jefferson Septa train Station is a half block away for those taking the train to/from the airport. The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens. The shower was great and had Kind brand products. I didn't eat in the restaurant but I did get a food order to take back to my room and it was delicious!

I do not drink coffee, I asked 5 times for the tea pods. None arrived for the entire time I stayed. Bedroom window was jammed open on arrival and sink plug stuck down solid. Maintenance fixed both these items in a timely fashion. No spare duvet or blanket, bed was made with a very thin duvet, very cold nights sleep. No kettle available. WiFi hacked into my laptop.

Easily accessible to Septa which linked to Amtrak. I was at a conference 4 blocks away and the hotel kept my luggage until the conference ended and I could then walk to the train. Beside the Reading Terminal so food choices were extraordinary.

The bed was a little hard. The pillows were very, very mushy, so not much neck support, but overall, a wonderful stay. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Philadelphia.

There is a convenience niche in the lobby with food items, a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms. Breakfast buffet is available. There is no restaurant onsite, but the area is full of dining options a block or two away. This site is one block from the Philly Convention Center. I have stayed here many times.
