We always stay here when visiting family and the continental breakfast is always the highlight of the stay. Breakfast options were limited because of renovations. This should of been made more apparent on Expeda. The staff were lovely as always.

We had a late check in and were put in a room that had construction happening above it early in the morning. We weren’t told about this and were very unhappy to be awoken by it. I tried to call the front desk to complain but the phone didn’t work, I went to the desk but there was no one there. I complained at checkout and the person there was uninterested and laughed away our troubles. The room smelled when we got there and overall the stay was just terrible. Would not recommend!!!

It was conveniently located across the street from the building I was working in during my stay. It seemed a little outdated, but I could tell they were in the process of upgrading.

Terrible breakfast

I want to complain about the breakfast. The usual breakfast area was closed, and the hotel used a conference room that lacked the proper structure to provide a quality breakfast. The food was terrible. There are better options close this hotel with the same price.

Glad we only stayed one night

Remodeling was happening. We reserved a 2 queen bed room for 4 people, but got moved to a king bed with a pullout and was told it was an upgrade. The drains all drained very slowly. Breakfast was minimal at best - continental was not a good way to describe. Construction started at 9am on a Saturday morning - we were not told that it would be occurring over the weekend.

Disappointing

The hotel is doing some renovations, therefore the breakfast was in a small conference room with no choices and nothing hot serve. We had our room card disactivated twice and the hotel wasn't super clean. Would not recommend going there.
