Horrible mattresses

Worst Hilton brand hotel ive ever stayed at. Mattresses were HORRIBLE. Could feel the springs in our backs. They moved up to a different room. This room was exactly the same. Terrible bath towels. Ive had better at much cheaper hotels. HVAC system barely worked. I called hilton customer service. They suggested I ask for a refund and go elsewhere after I had just paid 60$ to park which im sure they would not have reimbursed me for. Stay away!!

The facility was great … Breakfast was good The auto show was on so there was a lot of people around and it was very loud but other than that my week stay was very good

Great time great staff!

Took the family to Philly for some sight seeing and a sixers game. The staff was so friendly, every time I asked them a question they were eager to help and give advice. Also the breakfast was very good and the staff stayed on top of it making sure things were topped off and fresh. My kids said next time we come to Philly we have to stay here. Thank you to all the staff for a great trip.
