We noticed that warm water came out extremely cloudy. Cold water was clear. We raised this concern with the hotel and they were overall very dismissive, claiming it's "just a Philly thing." Our friends in the city have never experienced this.

My comforter has stains on top. Parking was so sketchy. You were forced to use valet which costs $70 for 1 night. The surrounding area is sooo sketch at night. Lots of homeless friends hanging out and passed out on the sidewalk. It did not feel safe. The staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable though.
