Good breakfast. Pool and fitness areas were clean. Pool table was a fun bonus.

Give the run around
Posted Feb. 19, 2024 on HotelsPool was not open on the day of our arrival, they told us it would be ready in a couple hours. Pool was never opened that day they just kept telling us it would be soon. The next morning we checked and they said it was open. I got my son dressed and we got to the front desk and they said it would not be open until 12. We have to leave by 1030. The whole reason I booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool for my son to enjoy. Very disappointed especially with the run around about it. I would have rather just been told it was not open at all they to keep my sons hopes up

Thank you for sharing your recent experience. Please accept my apology for the closure of our pool. Unfortunately, we were forced to close our pool due to an imbalance of chemicals. While our engineers provide a time this will be resolved, it is an estimate as we are waiting for chemical levels to be safe to re-open. I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially getting conflicting information, and the impact this had on your experience. The safety of our guests is top priority and this is the reason the pool had to remain closed this particular day.
