I did not like that even though I thought I had pre-paid for my stay, the hotel added a Guest Amenity fee of $28 (plus tax) on top of what I had already been charged .

Two nights and two rooms. First one wouldn’t cool down with AC cranked all the way. Loud room over the lobby area by the garbage 6am pickup alley. Switched the next day and it was better but not what I’ve experienced there the last 4-5 stays.

Great place to stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and nice size room. Great water pressure in the bathroom and the AC works great. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and I highly recommend their pancakes. Will stay at again.

This is my favorite hotel in Philadelphia. All staff are very professional and quick. The room very clean with the BEST TUB. I have stayed here several times and don't even consider elsewhere when in town now. The breakfast is very tasty and great service. My room was very quiet too. The neighborhood has some good food options - my fav cheese steak spot is a block away and lots of great ice cream nearby.
