The room was fine. The desk clerk was overworked. Not her fault. My complaint is that I booked with Travelocity and somehow the date I chose got changed to the following night. I contacted Travelocity immediately and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I went to the hotel and I was told they couldn’t do anything. I paid for 2 nights when I only asked for 1. I’d really appreciate some kind of refund.

The hotel itself was clean enough, though it carried that stale smell no cleaning product on Earth has ever conquered. The next morning, we went down to the “continental breakfast,” where the desk clerk practically made us show ID to prove we were tenants before granting us access to the powdered eggs, fried potatoes, and soggy sausage patties, apparently reserved for the truly deserving. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels with continental breakfast, but that was the first time I had to be vetted to access it.

The first room they gave me smelt like cigarettes and the remote didn’t work to the tv. The second room smelt like mildew and they don’t have no ice machine on none of the floors . The closet door n my room had mold all on it

I chose the property because of its proximity to the Philadelphia airport. I had a very early flight. I got checked in easily and found my room very clean. Recommend this hotel for early travelers. They also have a shuttle service to the airport.

Dirty and Sketchy

Stains in multiple places in our room like the carpet, walls, and bed sheets. Water would start to pool in the shower. Toilet had trouble flushing. Entire hotel smelled of smoke and other bad smells. Would not recommend.

Bad service

We had to switch rooms twice for several reasons didn’t compensate and almost made us late for my sons tournament didn’t let us relax and kept moving us.

There was nothing Quality about Quality Inn. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. They promised 2 Queen beds and they were double beds (horrible night sleep), the elevator and hallways smelled like weed, the food was stale, there was a black film in the bathtub, the toilet seat wobbled back and forth. A miserable experience.

Lets just go on with our day.

The stay was decent on the first night. Finding out the shower didnt work properly, certain items didnt work Including the TV. Then to call about the issues to find out that the phone didnt work. I brought the issues to the front desk and they changed our room. Everything was better. Almost as if they gave us a dud room. Its a decent place if you get a good room. And the price was decent.

When we checked in earlier last night, everything seemed fine. When we got into the room later in the evening after doing things in the city: -The television had no sound whatsoever. -The mattress on our bed had a spring that was lodged in the small of my back. -My partner had trouble sleeping because the textured blanket was under the sheets in the bed. -Upon waking in the morning, I found a clipped toenail from a previous guest on the floor. We were not pleased with our stay.
