Very nice experience. Appliances, free wifi, cleanliness, proximity to Philadelphia center. The app is very convenient and user friendly. The rooftop is just wonderful. We are already looking forward to booking Sonder appartments elsewhere in and outside the US.
Very nice sunny apartment. Comfy beds, 2 full bathrooms. I would stay again. We heard an intermittent beeping sound and couldn't figure out what it was. We called the number and got a person right away happy to help us. We figured out the refrigerator door had to slide into a slot to close properly and the noise was an alarm. The neighborhood was lovely. We had terrific cheesesteaks within walking distance from Angelo's. My only complaint is that we needed the pullout couch, it was broken and would not pull out. My son slept on the couch and said it was comfortable.
The condo was spacious and the building immaculately clean. All the employees that we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. The roof deck was a lovely touch.
If you are on the Bainbridge side of the building, just be aware that there is a gas station across the street that can be a little noisy at night, but you are in a city so that is to be expected.
Easy walking distance from many key sites find half a block from the subway entrance.
Check-in was at 4, but shortly before I received a message that they needed 45 more minutes to get the room ready. This was disappointing and required us to wait in the lobby until 4:30.
The place was clean and easy to access, however the walls were thin and you can hear everything - in the halls, the water pipes, outside, etc.
The location was decent for walking to different parts of the city. Overall, Iâd say you get what you pay for.
Do not stay if you are sensitive to noise.
Overall the property was nice but the road is so noisy, you are right on the subway which runs late and the fan (even though I turned it off) was running all night and incredibly loud. They provide ear plugs for a reason.
The sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable. The main bed was ok.
The property itself is nicely put together but feel it is quite surface level considering there are no extras such as housekeeping.
There is no safe in the property.
Cooking facilities were great. Bathroom fine but shower pressure wasnât great (took twice as long as normal to wash my hair).
I would not return to this property because of the noise meant I didnât sleep through the night once out of four nights.
Immaculate and comfortable. I was on the second floor so there was a little bit of street noise and was able to hear the subway, which runs right underneath. However, it did not disturb me. If youâre not used to urban ambient noise or you prefer something very quiet, you might want to request a higher floor. We had a wonderful stay; great spot!
The room was very comfortable and in a great location. The communication and accessing the room for the trip was irritating. They did not follow through on technical difficulties and did not send the room codes when they said they did. I had to set up an account over and over and then it just reset and they wanted me to add the app. That felt ridiculous for a one night stay.
Zero ability to contact and actual human about issues (which I had), and I was kicked out of the apartment with wet laundry in the machine. I humbly submit myself and admit that it was the checkout time, but I just needed 20 minutes to finish up and the guy who kick me out who didn't speak English made me pack my wet, soapy clothes... He wouldn't just let me wait outside the apt for the cycle to finish....
