First you must know that P-burg is a cruise town. Meaning everything closes after 4pm. I found it super convenient as I can relax on the beach, and then sleep at night with no party noise, all while being in the middle of the action. Prices for food in the local restaurant are a bit steep, but the quality is excellent. Everyone is very friendly. The Alicia Inn is a very nice tiny hotel. Clean, good internet, most conveniences, AC, hot water, etc. They have laundry and they close the main door at night. Tiny but cosy. Nothing royal, but I think it's an excellent value for the price they ask. Very well recommended!

Great Place for a Great Price
Excellent place to stay. Very clean and air-conditioned and staff are very friendly and ready to help you out at any point in time. I had a great experience. I like the fact that it is away from the strip as it is much quieter than the beachfront hotels (and much more cost-friendly too), but still only a 2 minute walk away. Very close to the ferry docks and you can catch a minibus to anywhere on the island right from the front door. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly even outside of office hours. Backstreet is nice during the day, but a bit eerie after dark. I had a lot of luggage and there wasn’t an elevator, otherwise everything was there. I liked the cleanliness of the room and hallways.
