The view and proximity to the water are absolutely breathtaking and are the true highlight of this property. Waking up each morning to the palm trees and ocean horizon was magical. The natural light and immersive coastal setting are truly special.Parking was easy and convenient, and the property felt safe during our stay.The bathroom is spacious and has great potential — the large double shower was a nice feature and appreciated. The overall layout has charm and character.However, there were several maintenance and comfort issues that impacted the overall experience. We encountered rusted locks and hinges, a sliding door that was difficult to secure, a running toilet, a TV that did not function properly, and minor pest issues (ants and a visible insect carcass). The bathroom door did not stay closed, and some kitchenware was worn or mismatched. There was also a lingering odor during our stay.The pool is not private, as it is shared with onsite owners and their dogs, which was not entirely clear in the listing. Additionally, there was an incorrect payment request sent for an extra night during our stay, which we had to clarify through the booking platform. While this was ultimately resolved, it created unnecessary stress during our vacation.Overall, the ocean view is truly stunning and is the primary reason we enjoyed our time here. With improved maintenance, clearer amenity descriptions, and greater attention to detail, better cleaning this property could be exceptional.

Exceptional view of paradise to relax and unwind after dealing with island traffic

The property was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and wonderful. The pools were amazing with the best views. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy some relaxation time. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to needs you may have.

9 Days in Paradise

Daniel and Nicole were great hosts. Any requests we made were handled quickly and with smiles. The location was perfect.. grocery was only a couple of miles away and had good selection to meet our needs. Two excellent restaurants nearby Chesterfields (3 times) and Green House. Proximity to shopping was great.. park in Green House parking lot and only a couple of blocks to the boardwalk and quality shopping. The view was beautiful. The binoculars provided close up views of lots of boats including cruise ships leaving town. The waves crashing in front of the apartment made for an inviting atmosphere.Enjoy paradise when u stay at this rental.Should be described as a studio as the bedroom was in the living room of the apartment. Full kitchen, awesome shower and amenities too many to list.

Relaxing stay

The property had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Sitting on the deck looking at the amazing view and listening to the waves crash was very relaxing. The property was clean and the hosts were very kind. We highly recommend!

Small slice of Paradise

The property and the views are amazing!!!! What a great place to sit enjoy your morning coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine listening to the sound of the waves splashing against the rocks. The incredible view of St Barts and Saba with the boats that go by is breathtaking. The owners Daniel and Nicole are gracious and always willing to help you in anything you need. We will be back again for a stay. If you book a stay at this property you will not regret.

Beautiful View and more

Loved the property and the view. There is construction to the right of the property that obscures ten percent of the view, but in time the project will be completed. Also, the place is perfect for two (and NOT for 4--unless the plus 2 are kids. We stayed a week and the location is convenient. Finally, supplies in the unit are not perfect but we have let the owners know and our sense is that such supplies will be replenished.
