Gym was great except for the climbing stair machine which does not fit under the ceiling and can lead to a serious injury. Staff was great. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was supreme. Hope to visit again one day.

The breakfast was our favorite part. Freshly-baked croissants brought table side was such a nice touch—and the croissants are fantastic. Rooms are nicely appointed and definitely better than what you may find for Hyatt properties in the US. The rooftop bar had great views of the Tonle Sap meeting the Mekong, the Royal Palace grounds, riverside activity. Walk Street is a couple of blocks away. TikTok’s and transportation are easy to come by with Grab. Would love to stay at this property again.

Hotel and fabric could not be faulted. Good pool and gym. Nice airy social areas. Didnt take breakfast as very expensive, looked like limited people did as we passed through. The safe was an issue when we were about to leave for dinner. Then the TV stations buffered. The safe got sorted but the TV was an issue ongoing. Poor coffee option in the room, really poor not 5 star! Then $5 for an espresso at the cafe bar. Lacked the 5 star polish, delivered by other such rated properties.
