Chouette hôtel confortable et moderne. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Quartier pas très touristique et un peu excentré.

Happy with my stay. Check in was easy and staff was nice. The hotel facilities are a bit run down, but the rooms were clean and quiet. The price for the room was very good though.

Location was good. Night staff was really helpful, the morning staff not so much. Breakfast: typical Cambodian breakfast. My room wasn’t clean. There was rubbish in the bin/bedside table/wardrobe. Not a lot, but there shouldn’t be any.

毎日ゴキブリが出る。ベッドに乗っかって来る。 朝食が不味い、一切フルーツが出ない。 Wi-Fiが部屋では死んでる。 中国人が大挙して来るのだが、夜の11時、朝の５時過ぎにバスでやって来てやかましい。 今迄、プノンペンで４つのホテルに泊まったが一番高く、最低なホテル。 エクスペディアで提携しないで欲しい、信頼を失うと思います。

I wouldnt let my animals stay at this hotel.

The front desk people are amazing. This hotel is gross. The room had so many bugs in it. We left the next day. They say there is breakfast and hotel pick. Neither are available. They say they have a restaurant it wasn’t open the whole stay. They have a drink mein in the room. Couldn’t order drinks. They don’t have a drink service????

ホテルの隣がゴミ捨て場であり、カンボジアの方は日本のように週に何回も回収に来ないせいか、部屋にゴキブリが、毎日這いずりまわって、退治の日々でした。 部屋自体とスタッフの対応は悪くないてす。 ですが、ゴキブリをなんとかしないとリピーターは来ないと思います。

Our room was fine- clean, good AC, plenty of hot water. The location was not great. It's a bit far from the Royal Palace. The breakfast was very poor. Cold, Asian items only. The restaurant on the top floor was dirty.

Nearly great

This hotel was ok for the price but a few small things added up to annoy us into leaving. The room was beautifully cleaned and the staff were lovely but the pillow was very fat and the was no other pillow type available so in the end we had to put the throw cushions into the pillowcase and use that. The bed was hard (as all beds in Asia seem to be) so that wasn't an issue but there was a ridge that could be felt and it was hard to get comfortable. There was also an issue with the hot water as it never got hotter than lukewarm. I know these are small things but in our case they added up. Overall the hotel was clean and a great price it could have just done with a few adjustments.

전체적으로 무난

무난 위치도 무난 우선 씨엠립에서 야간버스로 프놈펜도착 1달러로내도 호텔로 6시쯤 도착 당연하게 이른체크인해주고 하루 늦게 잘못 예얃했는데 날짜 바꿔주고 야간 남자 근무자 너무 좋았다. 아침에 여자는 피부도 너무 안좋고 별로였다. 10달러로 킬링 필드 왕복 다녀오고 리버사이드 내려달라고 해서 저녁먹고 놀다가 2달러로 호텔 돌아왔고. 오전에 걸어서 시티몰 다녀오고ㅎ.나쁘지 않았다. 단점은 에레베이터 하나였고 식당 꼭대기라 힘들었는디 조식이훌륭했다.

スタッフは柔軟な対応で、要望を聞いてくれました。上層階のWiFiは少し不安定でした。 朝食は３日ともほぼ同じでしたが、眺望のよいルーフトップで、とても気持ちがよかったです。

Добротная мебель, уютно, чисто. Однако, в оба окна - вид на стройки, шумновато. Вокруг много отличных ресторанов. Очень доброжелательный стаф- позволили "пересидеть" после чек аута до самолета более часа. Отвратительные завтраки - после группы китайцев нашей семье достались 3 ложки риса.

Not a very nice area but value wise it was top class,big clean rooms,beds made everyday and what always helps is friendly staff who were always polite and helpful :)

Super Friendly

On our first night we went up to the roof top restaurant/bar for dinner and they were having their work Christmas party. We were invited to join and overloaded with food and beers. They staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Disappointing

Not happy with the hotel at all, the first room was smelly and dirty and the sheets were stained and had clearly not changed. The safe did not work and the shower flooded the bathroom. They did change our room to a better one but I still had issues with cleanliness. We asked one man on reception where would be a good place to eat (it was dark when we arrived) and he said just follow everyone else! The chef was a lovely guy but the breakfast choice was horrendous when we arrived at 9am, and the tables were dirty, there was also a long dark hair on one of the spoon holders (yuk). The area is not for tourists so add frequent Tuk Tuk rides onto your expenses, at least a 25 minute walk from waterfront. Could be so much better as the rooms are large and light with good sized bathrooms, very disappointing.

中継地として2泊しました。ホテル周辺にはカフェやレストランがなくバスターミナル、ナイトマーケットなどのリバーサイドへはトゥクトゥク移動で予想外の出費。WiFiも宿泊した部屋は通じませんでした。オリンピック公園は徒歩1分。

Hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, gute Aussicht

Grundsätzlich sind Hotel und Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Möbel sind eher etwas älter. Das Frühstück war ganz ok, die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Stadt war wunderbar. Das Hotel ist eher auf chinesische bzw. asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Die Lage neben dem Olympiastadion grundsätzlich ok, mit den zahlreichen Tuk Tuks war man rasch beim gewünschten Ort. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel.

Delightful stay

Excellent hotel although located away from the main restaurants. Room was always kept in a very tidy state. Staff were always friendly. Two bottles of free water were always appreciated. Would recommend.

Budget Hotel

It's a budget hotel which offers a decent room, but my family wasn't too happy here compared to other places we stayed at. The pros of this hotel include a great location to nearby sights by tuk tuk. The room itself looks nice and there is a free breakfast on the 13th floor, which has a stunning view. There is air conditioning, a TV, fridge, and a comfortable bed. The cons (for us) included a stained comforter which looked like someone stepped on it with a dirty shoe, tons of ants, and no hot water during our last couple of days. The breakfast is limited. Also, there's a tuk tuk driver that frequents the hotel for customers, which we were scammed by. Since he seemed connected to the bell boy, we felt worried about our stuff. We did meet another driver outside the hotel who made us feel much better though ... If you are on a budget, this is a decent hotel to stay at because it has all you need. It is nice in many ways especially for the price. However, for us, it just didn't feel as friendly/clean/comfortable as other hotels based on our stay. Although many people do seem to like it ...
