Room was a little dusty. Water level in toilet was way too high and the flush was so powerful you could see the overspray going everywhere. Tub was pretty slippery so thank god for the safety bar because I needed it! Cookies at check in (and whenever you ask for more usually) are a nice touch but our stay was 4 nights and we were gone most of the day every day and housekeeping didn’t come until day 3.

My room sprung a leak and the carpet was sopping wet. I then had to pack up again and go to a different room. The rooms need updating, the wood work in the bathrooms need to be redone and in both room, the lampshades were dirty and had been taped together.

The maids did not make the bed however which is pretty standard even for what everyone calls "light" housekeeping these days. Breakfast was way to expensive. You can get most of the same thing for free at a Mariott that you pay $20 for at Hilton.

Staff so rude… if they don’t wanna be nice, they shouldn’t be in hospitality. Every day we had to ask for towels or coffee they never cleaned our sink in the bathroom never left coffee or enough towels. There was mold in the shower. I was expecting a lot more because it was a Hilton.
