Step outside to enjoy a spacious backyard complete with a private hot tub, hammock, and propane fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There's also a designated enclosed area just for pets, making it easy to bring your furry friend along.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, and covered parking in the carport for your convenience. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this home is thoughtfully equipped to help you feel right at home.

River house on the Rouge

We originally had reserved the house in Phoenix. Due to a maintenance issue we were offered the house in Gold Hill. Our experience was lovely. We appreciate the way it was handled and will definitely use again!!

Just a little more attention to detail

First, let me say the house was great. Very comfortable, and the hot tub was a wonderful way to start my stay after a long drive. I did have a handful of minor issues with my stay though. None were show stoppers, and I would probably stay here again if they were addressed:1. The lock was not programmed for my early arrival. I had to call the host company to have someone let me I. He said it hadn't been programmed for me at all he also said I couldn't leave for 15-20 minutes to make sure the code took and I could get in again. I would have expected a refund of the early check-in fee, but that was not offered.2. There was a candy wrapper in the trash can in the kitchen. Not major, but not what I would expect if a place is fully cleaned.3. Two of the towels in the bathroom were dirty or stained. Again, not major... I just moved into the third towel. 4. The drip coffee maker didn't work. Luckily I found the teapot so did a pour over. I did LOVE having whole beans and a grinder though. Nice touch!!5. Two of the coffee cups were on the shelf unwashed. There is honey or sugar in them. One was stuck to the shelf. Again, I want to stress that this is a decent property in a good location. Just a little more attention to detail would make it perfect.
