Checked in with Ruben, he was great. The room was clean and well furnished. It was larger than expected, which was nice. The hotel is very nice. The staff was so nice and helpful. I used the guest laundry, the machines worked well, and the space was clean. They provided large pillows, which is so nice. I couldn't figure out how to get the guide on the TV, but the TV worked great. It was in a nice location. They provided a good breakfast. I really enjoyed my short stay. My only complaints are - the shampoo didn't lather, maybe someone put the wrong product in the dispenser. And the noise from someone getting ice at 5:30AM, they got a lot of ice. It was very loud.

Manager did not realize that they accept cats as pets, as stated on their website. Charged $25.00 perrrrr night. Argued with my wife while I was in the hospital with unknown problem.
