Ground level 2 bedroom condo in quiet neighborhood

This a fully furnished 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms first-floor condo located in North Scottsdale right off the freeway. The condo includes access to a heated community pool, heated spa, and tennis courts. We offer our guests a fully equipped kitchen, internet access, TV in all the rooms, washer and dryer. We have a covered parking spot right in front of the unit and plenty of extra parking spaces if needed. The location is very relaxing and quiet, near restaurants and shopping areas.

Excellent condo

Everything was as advertised! We did not get to use any of the extra amenities but the condo was spot on. We loved the beds!! Having a TV in each room was also very good. It was super easy to find and to get into!

Good place for us

Kim’s place was perfect for us. Even though there is not much of a view, it faces the parking lot and road. It was very quiet and cozy. The patio is very private. The place is decorated very nice and trendy. Although we did not cook, the kitchen looked very equipped. The pool area was a short walk away, it was very nice. We like the area, we have stayed in the area many times.

Accommodations for All!

This is an excellent location near local food, attractions, and shopping. Yet far removed to feel out of the hustle and bustle and sleep well at night. Or taking an uber home isn't that expensive :) Kim was a delight to deal with and when we had unforeseen circumstances, the owner worked with us through it with flexibility and easy. Our group ranged from a single user staying to all 4 at once and then down to two, there was plenty of space and we never felt too crowded. We would love to stay here again next time!!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need!

The home was exactly what we needed and more. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. The place is beautifully furnished and so spacious. It has a nice sized patio and is easily accessed with your parking apot right outside the door. We definitely recommend.

Kudos to the owner/manager!

My wife and I have stayed in a lot of different VRBO condos over the years, and this property was about the best. It is a larger unit than most we have stayed in; it's very spacious, and parking is right at the front door. It is very clean, very well supplied with bed and bath items, kitchen very well stocked, with new or almost new cutlery, coffee pot, pots and pans, etc. And of top of it all, it was very quiet there, which is important to us seniors. It was obvious that the owner/manager wants guests to be comfortable and well cared for, and he/she takes pride in providing a lot of value for the price of the rental. Thanks for hosting us!

Great location

This property is in a great location in Scottsdale. Extremely close to the 101 makes it great to get to places in the valley fast. At the same time the complex is in a quiet area. Will stay here again.
