The room was rather outdated, and the floor by the fireplace was raised about an inch or so, and was a massive tripping hazard. It was disappointing that we never revived housekeeping, even after we asked for it specifically. Not sure why they only come by once every 8 days. The dryer in the room destroyed anything we had with drawstrings. Between 4 of us, we lost seven outfits because of that.

Property was nice. Room clean and nice pool area. Didn't like: walkway lights near our unit did not operate, light at our door was out, bath door keep sticking and hard to open, tv remote for bedroom did not work.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The balcony is nice and the staff is friendly. It is a “vacation club” so they are pushy about setting you up with an appointment to buy a time share

Appropriate for visit. Friendly and attentive welcome staff. Izzy very helpful with followup. Had to get a room on 3rd floor with no elevators. Also property entrance to 1 bedroom on 3rd floor could use power washing. However room was nicely appointed and very comfortable.
