Our heater didn’t work woke up to it being 65 degrees in my room had it set for 80 . Now I’m sick with a sore throat . On top of that they’re was no parking last night . I had to park in Culver’s parking lot . On top of that the manager on site was not helpful very down attitude toward the work place . I’d like a refund of some sort . This was not ok

My stay was terrible from the moment I check in .Antonitte the front desk manager did not greet me , she actually had an attitude that I was even there checking in at 9:30pm she sat the whole time didn’t smile or make her guest feel uncomfortable and while I was checking in she was on the phone dealing with another guest and once she got off the phone she started speaking bad about the guest to me . After checking in my family and I were walking to our room on the second floor . My son who is 4 years old who has autism ran to catch up with us and the house keeper screamed at him and told him not to run . I responded and told her that he can run to catch up to his parents . We weren’t running around back and fourth we were simply walking to our room and she did not have the right to speak to my son . Once we got into the room Antoinette called me with a rude tone and threaten to kick us out and call law enforcement. As a manger she was terrible and I would like a partial refund for my stay I could not sleep comfortably in this hotel especially with the main door not even locked it is free for anyone and everyone to come in . That is a safety hazard that I would like to report and I would like a phone call about this stay . Thank you!
