This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath contemporary and Mid-Century Modern furnished home has stunning, breathtaking views across the entire north elevation that must be seen to be believed. In 2023 the house and the swimming pool were completely rennovated. The Troon North Community Park gives residents convenient access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, a picnic area, dog park and the Pima Dynamite Trailhead, Browns Ranch Trailhead and Tom's Thumb Trailhead are nearby.

Everything was all detailed out no problems . Has all amenities for cooking and if you want to entertain.Beautiful views and loved listening and watching the golfers tee off right out the back yard. Lots of critter sightings javelin, bobcat, roadrunners and lots of song birds.
