This home has five beautifully designed bedrooms. Right off of the main living space and behind the kitchen is the master bedroom, with a king bed, sitting area, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Continuing on down the hallway is two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The next bedroom has a queen bed. These last two bedrooms share one full bathroom, accessible from the hallway. ,On the other end of the open living area, you`ll find the two remaining bedrooms both with bunk beds, one with two bunk beds (bunk beds are full over bulls beds).

There are three full bathrooms in this home. The master ensuite bathroom is modern and luxurious, with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower, with a soaking tub you can find yourself getting lost in this bathroom. Lounge is $35 to hang out, drop bags of, have coffee, play pool, work, use of unlimited WIFI, watch TVs throughout and more
Lounge is $60 for all above with chef made food


- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or `service pets are allowed`

- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.
