Let me preface this with a couple things:
First, when i had decided to write a review, i was going to say it’s without bias without any particular problem. Then the shower handle fell off, and had to run for 6h until someone fixed it.
Second, the only reason this has 2 stars is because 1 star reviews are often ignored as they are expected to someone just having a merely bad experience. I have tried to be objective as possible and just state facts.
There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. After about 15m banging on the door someone showed up and gave us a key, and we were told we had to come back in the morning to finish check in. When i came back the next morning, after a few minutes of banging on the door, from the other end of the lot the housekeeper called to me and basically said keep banging, and we were eventually checked in. I had told the housekeeper that we needed more towels and she handed some to me.
The room itself- the front door didn’t close all the way, and had no type of insulation from the outside.
There was a drop from the door to the floor.
There wasn’t an actual curtain on the window, just some blanket or something tacked up.
The TV had wires hanging off it, but it was just unsightly and didn’t really hurt anything, as well as the several spots around the walls that also had either small holes or spackled sections that were not repainted.
The rear window was broken, had no curtain, and had a light outside that shined through the entire night.
