This unit has a private rooftop terrace via a spiraling staircase, so you must climb the spiral stairs to get there. Kids are welcome, but it is your call because of the stairs. Please do not let them roam around up there without adult supervision.

Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.

Great Kierland Location

Great location for shopping and dining at Kierland Commons. Unit was exactly as described. Building itself is somewhat difficult to navigate, especially when coming from outside and not the parking garage. Overall very enjoyable stay.
