Stunning North Scottsdale Luxury Home. Nothing was overlooked in making this a top vacation rental in the area. Complete Modern Remodel with high finishes throughout home. Open floor plan and plenty of space for large groups. 4 Bedrooms with quality beds and 2 Luxurious Bathrooms. Game room that features pool and ping pong table. Outdoor area is your own personal private oasis. Dining table, TV, and plenty of loungers all around the yard to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub area.

The space
If Luxury and Comfort is what your looking for in North Scottsdale this is the place. Sets up well for larger groups to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Dining room table that can seat 8. Hard surface flooring throughout the entire home. .Kitchen features Viking Appliances and quartz countertops. Master bath with custom tiled shower and soaker tub. Plenty of games for the kids and adults to enjoy. Surrounded by lush landscaping this backyard Is like your own personal resort. Hot tub and the option to heat the pool if desired. Plenty of seating everywhere. Firepit for those cooler nights. and BBQ grill and outdoor Cooler. 3 car garage and full laundry area. Everything that you need is here.

Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $400 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating.

Must be 25 years of age to rent home.

No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews. Must get approval from manager prior to booking.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.

This is not a party house and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.

Relaxing

We stay at a VRBO at least once a year. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. We rented this place for the backyard privacy. We watched college and pro football from the pool
.which was perfect. The outdoor TV can be watched from the pool or hot tub. It is in a nice neighborhood and the backyard gives you all the quiet time you need. The house has a well stocked kitchen if you need to cook any meals. Overall it is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. We would rented again if we are in the Scottsdale area.

Great home and location

Wonderful home and area. We stayed at this property for 10 days during the Christmas holiday. It was like stepping into a winter wonderland. The entire subdivision was decorated for Christmas.Our visit was for medical reasons and the proximity to the Mayo Clinc can’t be beat. Very well appointed home with all the necessary essentials and then some. The outdoor area is amazing and being able to relax outside was wonderful. I would stay at this property agin without second thought.

Very clean, well maintained, comfortable home with beautiful pool

We stayed here with our 4 kids, ages 5, 5, 8 and 10. We loved that the pool can be heated quite warm, and spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. We also loved the pool table. Kids loved the bunk beds. We walked down the street to a playground 2x. We would happily stay here again.

Friend reunion

The house was beautiful! Exactly like the photos. We surprisingly spent more time in the house than normal because of the above 105’ temps. But the house was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was so clean and cared for so well. Definitely would rent again!

Desert Paradise

Amazing Scottsdale Property!

Just spend a week at this Scottsdale property. There were 6 adults and this property was amazing. No issues with space or getting in each others way. The property itself is even better than the pictures on the website. The bedrooms were large and the beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Didn’t miss a thing! Pool table and ping pong table were great when we wanted to come indoors along with a vast amount of board and card games. Outside the pool and spa were fantastic. Lots of seating around the yard. Too hot this week to use the fire pit but I’m sure during winter months it would be perfect. There is also a large tv outside that we spend time watching while lounging in the pool. Couldn’t miss the golf
 The area the house is in is perfect. About 1/2 hour from the airport, less than 10 minutes to shopping and so many restaurants. Old town is another 20 minutes away and a great way to pass and evening or a day shopping. TPC Scottsdale golf courses were only a 10 minute drive along with so many other courses. Bart was also great in providing information before our trip and checking up on us once we had been there for a day. Overall just amazing!! We all would recommend Bart’s property and we’ll be returning on our next trip.

Lovely house - as described!!

We very much enjoyed the Charleston House ! It was very clean and had zero issues. Looked even nicer in person than on line. Outdoor space was a gem ! We were out there any time we were home. Great neighborhood and close to all the places we needed to be in town.
