I travel frequently for both business and leisure, but my recent stay here was easily one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in years. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the moment I checked out, it was clear that this property is struggling to meet even basic hospitality standards. The most immediate red flag was the security deposit. While most hotels require a standard hold for incidentals, the deposit here was absurdly high

Breakfast was good and when something ran out they were right there to make sure there was more. The room was clean and big with nice furniture. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient upon check in and very accommodating.

I am not a breakfast person but I noticed plenty of breakfast food options while getting coffee. The quality of the coffee can be improved. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. The property was very clean. Location is great for shopping.
