I was very disappointed with my stay at this property and left feeling extremely unsatisfied. To start, the office hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM — which is highly inconvenient for a hotel. If you need assistance outside of those hours, you’re completely on your own. On the first night, I received a message informing me that housekeeping isn’t provided daily, but that I could schedule a cleaning. I did just that and scheduled it for our third day. We left the room at 6:30 AM and didn’t return until 4:30 AM the next morning, only to find that nothing had been cleaned — the room was still a mess, the towels were dirty, and nothing had been refreshed. To make matters worse, we ran out of toilet paper the night before and, since no one was available to help, we had to resort to using paper towels. So we spent two nights without toilet paper. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I definitely won’t be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly, especially Sam; super easy to check in and out: the room was soo spacious it had a full kitchen, full sized refrigerator, and a washer and dryer!! It had a living and dining room and 2 Queen beds, and of course a big flat screen! It was so quiet and safe! The room was soo clean and pet friendly!! Book now!

Overall, it was a decent stay. It was extremely affordable, so in comparison to other cheaper stays, I feel that this hotel offers far more than the average. Our room was a little dirty; there was some stuff spilled on the wall near one of the beds, and some trash left in the bedside table. The rest of the room seemed pretty clean. The check-in process is extremely easy, and I loved that. Super easy to communicate with the hotel staff as well. The room had a full kitchen, washer, and dryer, and they offered complimentary snacks, which is far more than the average hotel offers, so I was impressed with that as well. Though I didn't go to the pool, we did look at it, and it looked pretty nice. We just stayed for one night since it was close to the airport, and part of our group was flying in the next day. It was far better than your average cheap hotel/motel, and overall, I'd stay again if I were looking for a bargain hotel. It seemed safe enough, though there was a police presence when we got there, it didn't feel inherently unsafe. Also located near a busy gas station, so it could be a little loud, if you're sensitive to that, I'd keep in mind. Their AC units are also very loud, which doesn't bother me, but another thing to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.

I stayed at Tempe Oasis Hotel for one night and would give it an average rating of 3 stars. The location is convenient, especially if you’re looking for quick food options nearby. Check-in was a bit odd — no one was at the front desk after 6pm, so I had to use door and room codes that were sent to me. While that worked fine, it didn’t feel very welcoming. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and an awful smell in the room (Room 244). I’m not sure where it was coming from, but it seemed like the couch. It was so bad I closed the door to the living area and stayed in the bedroom all night. Unfortunately, there was no TV in the bedroom either, so I ended up watching shows on my phone. The room itself felt very outdated. On the plus side, the property grounds looked nice and there’s a pool and jacuzzi, although I didn’t get a chance to use them. Overall, I’d only recommend staying here if it’s not in the same room I was given. For a short one-night stay it was manageable, but the odor was a serious downside.

A Fantastic Stay with Endless Fun! Our recent stay at Oasis Tempe was absolutely fantastic! The game room was an awesome bonus with free fun including a pool table, foosball, and air hockey. It's a great spot to unwind. The entertainment area was super convenient, especially with those cheap vending machines – a perfect way to grab a snack without breaking the bank. And speaking of relaxing, the pool was genuinely nice, clean, and a great place to cool off. This hotel truly nailed it with its amenities, making for a memorable and fun-filled getaway. We highly recommend it!
