Our room smelled like old fish. The room was tidy but looked old and dirty. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been washed in years, there were drinks and peanut butter in the fridge that I assume belonged to the previous guests. The freezer had an ice machine that I wouldn’t trust eating ice out of because it looked dirty. Lots of homeless people in the area. It was a central location though, so there were plenty of restaurants and stores around.

Publié le 18 janv. 2024 sur HotelsNo where do they state a charge for parking. After check out I received a charge on my credit card for $12 for parking. I also was not informed ahead that my room would be next to two rooms being renovated the adhesive smell was so bad we had to leave for several hours for our room to air out.
The place is in need of renovation so I am glad they are doing it. Warning before check in would be appreciated. Currently the bathroom fan is inadequate, the tub is rusty and the ceilings are in need of retexture.
The bed is good but aged. The pillows are comfortable. Kitchen has a sufficient amount of dishes and cookware to make the place home for a week.
The “free” breakfast is awesome! Real food: sausage/bacon, eggs, waffles and a bread selection

We stayed for four days, and asked for housekeeping service. No one cleaned our room or even took out trash or gave us linens the entire time. I called about it every day, and they said they would come every day and didn’t. I asked for the floor to be vacuumed because we had spilled some crumbs and they told me I could borrow a vacuum. I called and asked for towels, and they asked me to bring my towels down to the front desk to get some more. I am not really picky but I am annoyed that I spent so much money and didn’t get basic things done.
