Très bien mise à part la douche qui a pas d’eau chaude sinon mise à part sa parfait

Publié le 12 janv. 2018 sur ExpediaNous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Océan Pearl avec beaucoup d’attente... Les commentaires que j’avais lu à son sujet était super bien. Sûrement qu’il y a un an, cet hôtel devait être au top! Malheureusement elle a perdu beaucoup de sa superbe. À notre arrivée, nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes au comptoir de réception pour être servis. C’est un gentil gardien qui est venu nous porter un rafraîchissement en attendant. Nous avions payé un supplément de 55$/2 nuits pour une troisième personne. En arrivant à notre chambre, surprise un lit de camp est collé au notre pour ma nièce de quasi 6 pieds! Hyper inconfortable, nous avons passé la deuxième nuit à 3 dans 2 lits simples. Et je ne vous parle pas du nombre de cheveux trouvés dans le lit... Hôtel très, très décevante. Ils devront revoir leur service à la clientèle et la propreté des lieux.

Pour : the breakfast and the pool
Contre : not only this hotel is concerned but a staff speaking good english would be great. This stands for vietnam.
Emplacement : As a French traveller, I can tell you that the indian restaurant at your right you face the road is the best one I have ever ate. It is called Ganesh.
this hotel had a problem before: a building site next to it. Now it is finish and you can really enjoy the place.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is very nice especially when you get your breakfast next to the pool.
Well, I really recommend the hotel. Do not worry anymore for the noise from the building site.

Convenience location for shopping and dining. But the hotel needs a big improvement on customer services

Some staff very unhelpful and rude. Hotel adequate but needing some maintenance.

Fantastic place to stay. Centrally located. Staff are attentive, friendly and courteous. Amenities are fantastic and breakfast is above standard. I would recommend a family to stay here as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
