I stayed here before COVID. On this second stay, the hotel did show some wear and tear, but overall, the room is still quite clean. The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. Some of unregistered guests even venture into the hotel/pool area - very unsafe. I hate that the hotel allows people to kayak right on the beach where swimmers are - also unsafe. At breakfast, the staff use swear words and you can hear them talk in the kitchen. - not very civilized. A lifeguard also talks on the phone to invite his relatives from the public beach to come over to the hotel to use its facilities - very unprofessional. The hotel should introduce perhaps a paper wristband to distinguish hotel guests from unregistered guests.

Large, comfortable rooms with spacious balconies. Expansive pools offer space for everyone and stretch right to the beach. The buffet breakfast offers excellent choices, although the atmosphere is rather hectic manoeuvering around the crowds of people.

We all got violently ill and checked out early The place is dirty under staffed and not what you describe it as False advertising about it should be removed from your site Trying to get. Refund like you promised would and that’s becoming an issue also Very disappointing

Massive property.. Not sure i was expecting such a large property. With a large guest count as well. The beachfront is a large social gathering. The food and drink prices are inflated. But fair in my opinion. Its a large 5 star property. Nothing to be shocked about. Definitely a great place to visit for a couple of nights

beautiful hotel

beutifull hotel with a great breakfast bacon and egg. staff very friendly and courteous spa and sauna very good aswell as pool and beach. only issue but nothing major was the fridge in the room wasnt very good and the outside pool bar wasnt very good. the deck beach bar along the beach is alot better. supermarket and restraunt accross road nd plenty of taxis to take you around the island

Great property, clean rooms and nice facilities. There can be language challenges with staff and speaking English. There are very few dining options in and around the hotel and what there are they are very expensive relative to outside the hotel. $50-75 in the hotel and $10-$15 at most outside the hotel. Rent a moped for $7 a day to get around.
