This is the most amazing hotel and I highly recommend you stay at this resort. I stayed in king room overlooking the beach and it was superb. The staff are wonderful and the restaurants serve beautiful dishes, my favourite was the Italian restaurant. I will be back in 2027, and I will stay longer than 3 days as the experience was truly unforgettable.

Sea view room was really nice but the sunken and hard bed gave me backache. The beach was really nice to swim in and relax, spacious and many day beds. The full body massage was nice and we went daily but the head treatment was a waste of money. Breakfast was good but the options at the dinner buffet we booked was lack of freshness and poor choices and quality. Service is quite slow sometimes

The villas are amazing and if you book a beachfront villa then you are in for a real treat, as far as accommodation is concerned. But as soon as you have a problem, need assistance or ask for anything the staff are not adequately trained to manage issues. Take note of current advertised offers on Sheratons website because you will find that they do not update their website and offers are not honoured or are removed without notification. It is almost like they are fishing for guests with offers and incentives yet when they don't achieve the results from their fishing, they simply pretend like the offers or extras never existed. What really disapointed my wife and I was that we planned our getaway around all of the little bonuses and extra activities that were on offer from Sheraton. You are spolit for choice in Phu Quoc when it comes to resort style accommodation so additional benefits that are available at the resort you choose, can and will make a difference to the overall experience. So if you are looking for that really special holiday with all the extras, consider somewhere else because the Sheraton Phu Quoc will not live up to expectations and only disappoint.

Spacious beautiful villa with plenty of space for everyone. Three separate bedrooms for privacy but also a grand living room for family gatherings. Private pool that lit up at night was a nice touch. The huge breakfast spread with its endless options was very impressive and yummy! A wonderful resort with a huge pool and beautiful beach.

Lots of food for breakfast but no seafood, just cheap and simple food, not bad but this place is being too cheap! Lots of Indian and Korean tourists, if you want to avoid a certain smell. Staff are very helpful and maids are always cleaning right!

Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay!
