Nice helpful staff, room was a bit small but nice décor, white walls had dirty black marks making the room look dirty. Breakfast would be excellent if you were seven years old, banana cake, sugar bread, chocolate loaf and jelly cups, not my idea of breakfast, would stay there again.

Walking distance to Rang Hill.

The staff a good. Ask for Yaya you has a good command of English. Old Phuket is a 20 mins bus ride costing 15 Baht per person or 5 mins by Tuk Tuk for 200 Baht for one Tuk Tuk. The largest shopping mall on Phuket Island is only 5 mins away. I paid the Taxi 200 Baht. This Bed and Breadfast has a good continental style breakfast with an Asian touch. There is a excellent family restaurant across the street with great prices. They have a couple of washing machines there however I didn't use them. If you want a simple but nice place to stay, Blu Monkey is a good choice. I will stay there again.

Blu monkey is a nice place to stay. Clean room and modernization. Very welcome front staff, good breakfast, the location is a bit out of the city center. Plenty of parking space. You should try yourself. Happy trip
