4 Stars, really nice but could improve!

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Bangla road so a very good location. The hotel is really big with an outdoor swimming pool and lounges, breakfast/restaurant, spa and few other things. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cosy and bed was comfortable. The only problem is that when we checked in, we were asked to pay 3000 baht as deposit which is normal and I usually pay with card, however they only took cash. Luckily, my friend had the 3000 baht in cash. They also advised no guests allowed into the hotel unless 1500 baht was paid. One of my friends visited Phuket similar time but couldn't come into the hotel unless I paid 1500 baht so we just visited my friend at their hotel instead. So just be prepared and have cash ready. Breakfast was really good, good variety of options and it was like a buffet style and started at 6.30 to 10.30am. The WiFi had its moments, sometimes very slow and sometimes worked better. If you get the city view, you can see the bars and restaurants behind the hotel all lit up but can be quite noisy if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom, had little insects that you can randomly spot walking around. Overall, a good experience but confused as to why they charge for guests if you paid for the room, should be allowed to have friends around for drinks or relaxing on the balcony. Lots of shops and markets nearby.

Great hotel staff are super helpful. Food not that great but heaps of restaurants around. Pool access room really need fake grass or something rather than slippery tiles

New location

We had a totally enjoyable stay. Bed was extremely comfortable.and staff were very helpful. Only thing was the absence of a swim up bar. However they did bring drinks to the poolside. Location was good with a good selection of Bars and place to eat in close proximity.

We stayed in a premium waterfront room, we meant we had great terrace and access to the pool. The outside area of our room was great but the actual room is a dated, we didn’t find the bed or the pillows overly comfortable. The air conditioning is old so pretty noisy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in February wonderful staff , amazing buffet breakfast, the best we have ever had . Location was perfect , everything you needed was at your fingertips, and a short walk to Patong beach ..highly recommend couldnt fault this hotel and most definitely would stay here again .

The property was quiet but yet close to everything. We had a pool access room which was great for a late night dip after we returned to our room. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a great happy hour. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an assortment of foods. The only down side was our room was not ready at the 3:00 check in time so we had to kill extra time while we waited for it to be ready.

The outstanding thing about this hotel is the customer service! Our experience was amazing. Next would be the breakfast buffet, the selection was abundant, with all tastes and cultures catered for. We booked a pool access room, which to be honest I was initially disappointed with. The reason was the size of the steps into the pool. There are two steps into the pool, with a good rail. My Mum is elderly and definitely could not manage to get up and down the second step, my estimate is that it was at least 500cm deep. These rooms are at the rear of the property. We requested a room change to the pool access rooms at the side of the property, which due to other bookings could only occur two days into our stay. We were very grateful for this. Those pool access rooms have more shallow steps in, so was better for our needs. My tip is if you have either youngsters or elderly family travelling with you be sure to ensure you are allocated the appropriate room. All the staff, without exception, were extremely kind and attentive.

The property was fine, but flooring in room needs replacing, the jacuzzi has some missing tiles that easy to cut your skin when entering and exiting. The food at breakfast was barely warm and presents risks. Requested a different room due to mobility issues and my request was not followed through.

This could have been a 5 star review if not for poor housekeeping. The rooms are decent, the pool is great (I had two pool access rooms) and the included breakfast is extensive. BUT the hotel has an aversion to cleaning the rooms. Reception informed me on check in that they only changed the bed sheets on day 3 - that's not a big deal to me. But what I didn't know is that they do a half ass job cleaning the rooms. Not even a cursory wipe down of the toilet. Further, they didn't change the sheets as promised. I had to remind them on day 4 of my stay. It shouldn't be my job to keep track of these things! Pick up your game Deevana!
