The property was dirty and not well kept. Our room smelled of mold. The towels were old. The spare comforter was so thin, you could see through it.

Not happy very disappointed

First no ironing board in room, I did get one at desk and brought it myself to room. Then there was no hair dryer, no one answered phone so I went to lobby was told since so many people steal them there kept at front desk. That statement along means to Me the people staying at this location are questionable so now I’m on guard. Then no juices at all for 2 days was told truck didn’t show up ? Trash inside and outside not being changed out daily , in evening a few guys were drinking beer in lobby and desk attendant sitting and flirting with one of them, she was not drinking . Then my plans changed I didn’t need to stay a second night , I was told sorry you booked through 3rd party can’t help you .so I stayed and really didn’t need to. Oh and my ice maker wasn’t working on 3rd floor had to go to Second floor every time I needed ice. Trash sat out in the hallway mostly food containers and bags. This was my first bad experience with holiday inn ever. What a waste of money . And last comment the bath room is not user friendly towel rack on The other side from shower , toilet took 2 times to flush the shower had strong flow but the sink almost no pressure .
