Amazing apartment overlooking the marina!

Amazing apartments overlooking the marina and just minutes to the interislander ferry! The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable and all amenities were provided. So close to a range of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!

The property location was lovely, however the bathroom is dated and needs work and I was left with a burnt kettle and had to boil water in a pot. The next day I was told there were plenty of kettles available so not sure why it wasn’t changed by housekeeping.

Very spacious and clean. Central. Probably great for families (apartment 202) but not great for 2 couples given one of the rooms is not private but rather a loft with no door/ soundproof. Neither room has cooling or heating or fans. Nice deck. Pub noise below.

Excellent choice

This unit was excellent, clean, comfortable and quiet. This is a very large apartment with a large outside lanai overlooking the harbor. The perfect place to enjoy your cocktail

We enjoyed this property so much when we first arrived in Picton from the North Island we made a point to return again while waiting for the return ferry. Great property with a special view of the Bay.

Great stay, easy to walk to.

Brilliant accomodation for the area, had a great stay. My only feedback to owners is to add a timed AC unit to use when hot, and a slightly later default checkout would be perfect like other hotels. Other than that though had a lovely stay and would stay again if traveling through Picton. Walkable to everything.

We loved the views over Queen Charlotte Sound and the amount of space in the apartment. Watching the boats coming and going from the marina whilst in bed, it was a struggle to get up!

No air conditioner in the bedroom, and the one in the living room stopped working, bedroom was very cold I couldn't sleep Checkout is at 10 AM, and shockingly, a the cleaning lady entered my room without knocking. When I said I needed a few minutes, she replied, 'I'll give you a minute.' It was simply ridiculous. Avoid this place

This was a last minute booking and the apartment was very nice, conveniently close to the ferry port. Exceeded my expectations in most all regards. There is no openable window in the bedroom (that we could find) so the bedroom was seriously stuffy. We were only there for one night so didn't contact management about it but would have if we were staying for longer.
