Breakfast was good air and heat worked We had zero hot water all week Our refrigerator didn’t work and was replaced with another one that didn’t work Our toilet didn’t work either I tried to have a manager call me but they just don’t care. Just an awful experience. If I don’t get some sort of refund, I’ll never stay there again. In my review of the property will reflect the same.

The room was a dump. Sofa had visible stains. The TV was very small and some of the outlets were so bad i couldn't plug in my chargers. Also way too expensive for as bad as it was. Could have stayed at a Red Roof Inn and pay less and had a better experience. Was not pleased with the front desk experience. An overpriced dump.

The room was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was just perfect with a variety of foods to choose from. We stay here every year for our Clemson trip and look forward to coming back next year!

Disappointing

The room was dirty in several areas, pieces of the walls were coming apart and it was musty. Extremely disappointing considering the cost of the room. One positive is the pillows and bedding were fresh and comfortable.
